Closed for renovations
Claude’s is now closed for the next 8 weeks for renovations. We look forward to bringing you a new and dynamic dining concept when we re-open: a more relaxed dining option and focus on wines downstairs, while upstairs will re-define contemporary fine dining in a new luxe setting. We look forward to seeing you when we re-open.

Mighty Bouche presents: The Dip
Claude’s Restaurant is excited to announce that the next chapter in our story is about to arrive. We’re due to shut some time in April for 8 weeks of renovations which will herald in not only a new look and feel, but a new way to dine at Claude’s, with a more dynamic and accessible menu downstairs, while upstairs will become a plush jewel box dedicated to indulgent dining.
We’re going to announce some exciting ‘demolition dinners’ in the lead up to the temporary close, starting with a collaboration between Claude’s and The Dip. Our head chef Ben Sears will explore Americana with The Dip’s Andrew Levins in what will be our most memorable Mighty Bouche yet!

Claude’s launches The Mighty Bouche dinner series
Claude’s invites you to be a part of the creative process by launching an experimental dining concept on Tuesday evenings.
In the tradition of the Fine Bouche dinners past, we want to invite diners to experience new dishes and ideas for both Claude’s and Chui’s new dining project, a Chinese eating-house, to be launched later this year…we’re calling it these dinners The Mighty Bouche.
For $75 per person, diners will experience a series of savoury and sweet dishes centered on seasonal produce, new ideas, and a sense of fun. No two Tuesdays will be the same, giving diners a unique experience each time. The first dinner to kick off the program will be themed around spring.
“The idea is to make people realise that Claude’s shouldn’t just be thought of as a ‘special occasion’ destination, but one where new ideas are constantly being kicked around. We’re inviting our customers (new and old) to be involved in the creative process, after all, Claude’s started off as a neighbourhood restaurant!”
We will commence our journey into the world of The Mighty Bouche on the 27th of September and these dinners will become an ongoing part of our dining experience.
